Lava has recently launched Lava iris 501 smartphone which has a 5-inch display screen with a resolution of 800×480. The phone offers you dual-SIM capability and 5 MP rear and 0.3 MP front camera. This one from Lava comes with 1 Ghz Dual Core processor and runs on Android Ice cream Sandwich operating system which makes navigation simple, interactive and customizable.
Lava Iris 501 also comes with special built in apps like Hike; for free messaging, Saavn Music player app, Fusion Music organizer app and games from Gameloft like Asphalt HD. As far as connectivity is concerned, this smartphone comes with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. This one is also 3G enabled and you can use GPS too on this device.
The price and availability of Lava iris 501 is not disclosed by the company yet but with the specs provided, we expect it to be around Rs. 9,000.
