Samsung Galaxy Book4 Series announced

Samsung Electronics has introduced its latest PC lineup, the Galaxy Book4 series, comprising the Galaxy Book4 Ultra, Book4 Pro, and Book4 Pro 360, marking a significant leap in AI PCs. These devices are equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, featuring faster CPUs – Core Ultra (5 / 7 Intel Evo Edition), a high-performance GPU, and a newly integrated neural processing unit (NPU). Leaning on Intel's AI PC Acceleration program, the Galaxy Book4 series introduces compelling AI capabilities, enhancing productivity across the board. Elevating the user experience, the series incorporates the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, offering AI-based creation tools and immersive gaming features.

To optimize performance, the Galaxy Book4 Ultra incorporates an enhanced cooling system, extending battery life and supporting rapid charging with a 140W adaptor, boosting the battery by 55% in just 30 minutes. Security is bolstered with the addition of Samsung Knox's new discrete security chip at the chipset level, ensuring the safeguarding of critical system data separately. The upgraded display features a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Vision Booster and anti-reflective technology, ensuring clear visibility in diverse conditions. Touchscreen functionality is integrated into all models, providing an interactive user interface reminiscent of smartphones and tablets.

In the audio domain, the series is equipped with AKG Quad speakers featuring Dolby Atmos, dual microphones with AI noise-canceling, and compatibility with Galaxy Buds2 Pro, delivering an immersive audio experience. Additional features include a spacious touchpad, versatile ports (including HDMI 2.1), and a slim, lightweight design incorporating recycled materials. Seamless integration with Galaxy smartphones and tablets enhances productivity and creativity. The Samsung Studio, a video creation tool, facilitates seamless editing across devices, while Photo Remaster on Samsung Gallery for PC enables swift photo corrections. The Second Screen feature transforms the tablet into a monitor for the Book4 series, enhancing productivity in different modes.

The Galaxy Book4 Ultra is available in 16-inch Moonstone Gray, the Galaxy Book4 Pro comes in 14-inch and 16-inch with options of Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver, and the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 is offered in 16-inch Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver. The gradual release of the Galaxy Book4 series will commence in select markets, beginning with Korea in January 2024.
