PlayStation Phone by Sony..

Sony Ericson is making efforts on a phone that is using the platform of Google’s Android. This phone is expected to be released this year. Now gaming and communication would be beautifully blended in the PlayStation phone from Sony. The CVG unveiled that a trademark is being developed for Sony device and it would be named ‘PlayView’. However, now there are more issues about the Sony cross held between a Captivate phone as well as a PSPGo. Few features of the new phone have been revealed. It would include side-slider gaming controls and the QWERTY keyboard would not be a part of it. The D-pad would also be there but it would lack small joystick. The device will boast a four-inch multi-touch screen, providing up to five hours and 35 minutes of 3D gaming time. The phone will have a PlayStation-style controller with the standard PlayStation buttons. Available games will include Sims 3, FIFA 10, Splinter Cell, Tekken, and, supposedly, Guitar Hero. This new device is expected to have a long touchpad in order to get the analog controls. Apart from that, it would also have the standard PSP buttons and the shoulder buttons.
The display would be quite large between 3.7 and 4.1 inches. WVGA would also be a part of it in order to promote better resolution. It is possible that there would be a 5 megapixel camera and a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU. At the initial stages, the phone would be available in black color with a highlight of silver while the gamepad area would be white or silver in color.
Michael Ephraim, the boss of Sony Australia, claimed that the PSP2 would be a smart phone. The device will probably be running on Gingerbread (Android 3.0) and Sony would be introducing a new section of the Android Market especially for the games.

RIM BlackBerry Presenter..

Users can finally feel free to leave their laptop behind when going to deliver a presentation. Research In Motion (RIM) has unveiled the BlackBerry Presenter, which is a conveniently small and light device that easily plugs into a projector or monitor, allowing you to display a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation wirelessly from their BlackBerry smartphone. “Mobile professionals are always looking to carry less when travelling,” said Glenn Laxdal, Vice President, Product Management, Research In Motion. “BlackBerry Presenter equips mobile professionals with a simple, secure and convenient way to deliver presentations directly from their BlackBerry smartphone, giving them the freedom to leave their laptops behind.” Measuring 3.4-inch x 2.4-inch x 0.9-inch and weighing 140grams, the BlackBerry Presenter connects to the BlackBerry smartphone via Bluetooth version 2.0 + EDR (Class 1.5), so you can walk around freely while presenting (supports roaming up to 30 feet between the devices). Other features include S-Video, a micro USB, and a Synthetic Leather carrying case. Priced at $199, the BlackBerry Presenter is being demonstrated by RIM at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. BlackBerry Presenter gives users easy control of their presentations, allowing them to navigate their presentations, view speaker notes, loop presentation slides and even reference information on one slide while displaying another. Thanks to a wireless (Bluetooth®) connection between the BlackBerry smartphone and BlackBerry Presenter, users can also walk around freely while presenting (supports roaming up to 30 feet between the devices).

Google Android..

The Open Handset Alliance shares a common goal of fostering innovation on mobile devices and giving consumers a far better user experience than much of what is available on today's mobile platforms. By providing developers a new level of openness that enables them to work more collaboratively, Android will accelerate the pace at which new and compelling mobile services are made available to consumers.
The global smartphone market is still RIM's to lose, with Apple in the pole position to profit from its mistakes. But new ComScore data on the U.S. smartphone market suggest that both should be worried by what they see in their rear-view mirrors. Google Android, the internet search giant's foray into the mobile device operating systems market, has been steadily gaining momentum, and will continue to rise in popularity. Google's smartphone is one of the most iconic consumer electronics launches of the year, as its integration with Google multiple services freed internet shoppers from wireless carriers' service contract stranglehold. Many other devices that use Google's Android OS are being released, helping Google approach the top of the mobile OS market. Importantly, Google is assembling a community of telecoms and handset manufacturers locked out of the iPhone game.

3D television..

With the advanced and latest technology there are coming the 3D televisions in the market with all the inbuilt features. Almost all the companies in the world are interested in manufacturing the 3D televisions into the market. It is proved in the exhibition, Consumer Electronics Show 2010, which is conducted in LosVegas and in that exhibition the Panasonic Company leave its mark in launching the 3D television into the market.
The advent of 3D television will not gain as much traction as their developers would like; since manufacturers are pushing for it more than consumers. With very little 3D content currently available, and given that only a handful of 3D TV's are on the market, it's better to wait and decide whether 3D will go down in history as a gimmick, or rise up as the wave of the future.

Blu-ray

Blu-ray true High Definition DVD. Blu-ray and HD-DVD enables a disc the size of a current DVD disc to hold an entire film at HDTV resolution or allow you to record two hours of high definition video content. It is getting closer to become primary media slowly but steadily in the market of home theater. More news titles are being released every day. 2011 will finally be the year when Blu-ray will take the place of DVDs in the mainstream market.
Blu-ray disks are about to get a whole lot bigger. The Blu-ray Disc Association has announced two super-sized new specs for the already capacious disks, letting them squeeze up to 128GB onto a single silver platter. How is this done? The boring, old-fashioned way: layers. There are two new specifications, both with jaw-crunching names: BDXL (High Capacity Recordable and Rewritable disks) and IH-BD (Intra-Hybrid disks).Neither of these new formats will work in your current Blu-ray player, nor should they. It’s pretty clear these generously-sized disks are for storage rather than publishing, although the new machines required to use them will be backward-compatible with existing disks. Still, imagine the movie-extras you could fit on this thing.

New Energy Powered Gadgets..

Most gadgets are powered by batteries, especially those with mechanical motors and lights while emitting sounds for an even more engaging experience. Energy-efficient gadgets are getting more and more attention since the Green wave has begun to influence the most part of people's daily life. People become more concerned about the result of their consumer behavior. If the environment and technology for such products increases, the proliferation of energy-efficient and eco-friendly products will increase tenfold. Solar technology has been growing and bounds lately, with such products as solar powered lamps, solar heater, solar-powered battery chargers.
M2E Power are working on a range of alternative energy generation devices that exploit the Faraday principle. The M2E Power team are working on a highly efficient variation that offers between 300% and 700% more power from other kinetic energy devices.M2E Power are focusing their efforts on mobile phones in particular, so that the phones charge up as you move around.A neat eco-friendly gadget, as mobile phones use a vast amount of energy.
